Scott Bradley, who spent nine seasons as a catcher in the major leagues with the New York Yankees, Chicago White Sox, Seattle Mariners and Cincinnati Reds, surpassed 250 career wins during the 2009 season at Princeton University's head baseball coach.
He took over Princeton's program in 1997 and was in his 12th season in 2009. He has led the Tigers to five Ivy League titles and five NCAA Division I Tournament appearances.
Blessed with a great baseball mind, Bradley had nine of his former players play professional baseball in the 2008 season.
