Crow Hop and Throw

In this baseball drill, young players learn how to transition from fielding to throwing. Using a well-balanced crow hop ensures that the player gets momentum on the throw.

This video is one of over forty great baseball drills in our training series, Coaching Youth Baseball: Ages 9 to 12.

This looks really great and something coaches can easily use for drills with the younger kids. Your video segments were perfect… quick and to the point.
